I received a phone call from Mr. Joshua two hours before my scheduled service in order to inform me that he could come earlier than scheduled. When Joshua entered my home he introduced himself and then I showed him the carpets along with some areas (stains) of concern. Joshua was very respectful and attentive to my concerns. He assured me that he would do his best to take care of the carpets. Well, I must say that I am impressed with his work and the carpets look great! I've been using Zerorez for over 20 years. All of my experiences have been good with the exception of one. In that one instance the tech damaged several pieces of furniture with the equipment and to top it off I had to call for a retreat. Overall, I would give this company a 95% satisfaction rating.
